Mizzou Football is picked to finish 11th in the SEC Conference in 2022-23 season. This leaves lots of opportunities for Mizzou Football to shock a few people. If Mizzou doesn’t start the season at least 3-1 the rest of the season will be less then exciting. A lot of the success will depend on how well the defense can stop the run. A Win against K-State on the road will give Mizzou some much needed confidence early in the season. Since we left the Big 12 Conference we are 2-3 against opponents. Not a large sample size but still not a winning record. Winning against K-State will determine if we cant jump out to a quick start and begin the season 4-0.
